Victoria Beckham 21:50 Rêverie on the High Line
Victoria Beauty Beckham is opening an immersive installation at The Highline from Thursday, October 17th – Thursday, October 24th.
This multi-sensory installation offers visitors a luxury art experience inspired by the brand’s fourth fragrance, 21:50 Rêverie. Drawing inspiration from Beckham’s personal story behind Reverie, the installation promises a meditative and reflective experience where soundscapes, projections, and scent evoke a sense of suspension between reality and dreams.
Sound Experience - Enter the first room and find yourself immersed in the soundscape of Java, where the distant flicker of tealights inspires the ambiance.
A Surrealist Landscape - At the center of the installation is a life-size sculpture of the 21:50 Reverie fragrance bottle, evoking a sense of surrealism. Visitors will be greeted by floor-to-ceiling projections of water and beach-inspired campaign imagery
A Scented Escape - The final room invites visitors to experience the fragrance up close. Here, they can sample the fragrance while participating in an aspirational exercise where they write down their dreams on a notecard that will be showcased on the wall. This activity offers a moment of quiet reflection and further enhances the experience, allowing visitors to leave their mark in the installation before stepping back into reality.
Visitors will receive a complimentary 21:50 Rêverie fragrance sample while supplies last.

We would like to invite New Yorkers to attend the opening reception of Remembering Our Collective Future, an exhibition by renowned Indonesian fiber artist Mulyana, on October 22 from 6-8 pm at our gallery in Tribeca Sapar Contemporary.
Curated by John Silvis, Mulyana's exhibition offers a profound meditation on the fragility of marine ecosystems, symbolized through his use of recyclable materials and the color white. The choice of white evokes both the purity of a pristine ocean and the stark reminder of environmental degradation, such as coral bleaching. Mulyana invites viewers to reflect on the current state of our oceans and consider the possibility of a radical shift in our approach to environmental preservation.
The opening will begin with a five minute performance by Mexican artist Maira Duarte as a physical expression against social and environmental issues.

Cheetos: The Other Hand Escape Room
Just in time for spooky szn, The Other Hand Escape Room invites Cheetos fans to “Chester’s Cabin nestled away in Cheddar Canyon” (Brooklyn, NY that is ) to connect with nature and enjoy their favorite snack – all with their Other Hand (because Cheetos fans’ dominant hands are always covered in orange Cheetle dust, duh). The catch? Your host Chester forgot to leave the code to get inside.
With their non-dominant hands, attendees will need to search for "keys” around the outside of the cabin before their Cheetos supply runs out and it gets dark. Once inside, fans will face Gen-Z's greatest fears – from calling WiFi repair to reading extremely long Terms & Conditions to untangling headphones and beyond – while relying on their Other Hand to find a hidden stash of Cheetos. There are even whispers of Chester appearing in person for photos...
The event takes place Friday, 10/25 from 6pm-11:15pm EST at City Point. Join the waitlist and complete tasks to move up!

Uncrusted! A David and Goliath Story of Patents, Pizza, and the Invention of Stuffed Crusts
What better way to pay tribute to October's Pizza Month than by spending an evening with Anthony “The Big Cheese” Mongiello, whose David and Goliath fight with Pizza Hut over who owns the idea for Stuffed Crust Pizza played out three decades ago, and continues to be an illustrious Brooklyn story today.
Led in conversation by pizza expert Scott Wiener, Anthony tells of his Bensonhurst upbringing, his family’s mozzarella business, his 1987 patent for stuffed pizza crust (which he invented at the age of 18), and his shock eight years later when Pizza Hut announced its newest innovation – Stuffed Crust Pizza!
Rolled out in a $45 million dollar star-studded advertising campaign featuring Ringo Starr, John McEnroe, and Donald Trump, Stuffed Crust Pizza added $300 million to Pizza Hut’s sales in a single year, but Mongiello never got a single slice of the financial pie.
Join us for a tale of Brooklyn hutzpah, family pride, legal drama and, of course, cheese.
Introduced by CBH's Laura Michael, who shares highlights of pizza-related clips from CBH's oral history collection!
Slices will be on hand!
