Diptyque, the legendary perfumer, will be opening the Diptyque Orphéon Jazz Club, a multi-sensory consumer experience in SoHo starting next weekend from February 21 -23 to celebrate the global launch of its new Orphéon Collection.
This immersive experience invites visitors to transport themselves to Paris, recreating the iconic jazz club that once stood beside Diptyque’s original boutique at 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain, where the brand’s three founders often gathered to dream up their vision for the brand. More than just a jazz club, Orphéon was a place where artists, musicians, and creatives exchanged ideas and forged connections. The spot also served as the inspiration for Orphéon, Diptyque’s best-selling fragrance in the United States.
Visitors will get to experience a modern take on the vibrant atmosphere of the Orphéon Jazz Club. Guests will be immersed in Orphéon blue upon entering the space with a stunning olfactory experience, before entering a speakeasy style space with a Parisian-style café with coffee service by La Cabra, gaming lounge, boutique, and vinyl listening room throughout the weekend. In the evening, the space transforms into a salon with thought-provoking conversations and intimate live performances.
Each day, the first 50 guests will receive a special gift. Guests can reserve spots in advance to attend, as well as sign-up for interactive workshops such as custom Vinyl decor and panel conversations with New York’s latest creative talents.
